What a year 2016 has been! As it draws to an end, the staff at AlterEGlow will have some well deserved time off to celebrate with their families. Check below for our opening times and dispatch cut off points:
Please note: Order before 2pm Tuesday 20th of December for Standard Delivery in time for Christmas & order before 2pm Thursday 22nd of December for Next Day Delivery in time for Christmas. All other orders will be dispatched on our next working day subject to the following schedule:
Monday 19th - Thursday 22nd: OPEN AS USUAL
Friday 23rd: OPEN 9am - 1pm
Saturday 24th - Tuesday 27th: CLOSED
Wednesday 28th - Thursday 29th: OPEN AS USUAL
Friday 30th - OPEN 9am - 1pm
Saturday 31st - Tuesday 3rd Jan 2017: CLOSED
Wednesday 4th onwards: OPEN AS USUAL, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery option selected (see below). For urgent orders we have next day and even Saturday options available.

- Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland delivery is usually between 1-3 days.
- Delivery times for destinations outside of the UK vary dependant on location.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- All orders placed before 2.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are usually dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2.30pm during the week or at weekends are usually processed and dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout dependent on the weight and size of order. You can review delivery costs before confirming your order.
- Orders taken by telephone will incur a service charge.
- We deliver internationally
- Although rare, we may not have your product in stock, however if this is the case we will call you and advise of the date you are likely to receive your goods. Alternatively, we will contact you and offer a similar product in replacement.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us (via email) and one of the team will get back to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or take any action until 15 working days have passed.
