Refund & Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order or the goods are faulty, please call or email us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

You will need a Returns Form if you would like to send any goods back to us for a refund. We will provide a refund of the goods minus the delivery charge if the goods are not faulty. We do not cover the cost of returning the goods.

If the goods are faulty you will need a Faulty Goods Return Form and subject to our inspection will refund the cost of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
