Refund & Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your order or the goods are faulty, please call or email us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
You will need a Returns Form if you would like to send any goods back to us for a refund. We will provide a refund of the goods minus the delivery charge if the goods are not faulty. There is also a small charge of 50p for processing the refund. We do not cover the cost of returning the goods.
If the goods are faulty you will need a Faulty Goods Return Form and subject to our inspection will refund the cost of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
