MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS
We welcome new customers to set up an account with
us and you are responsible for restricting access
to your account from your computer or any terminal
you use to access your account with us. You agree
to accept all responsibility for all activities that
occur under your account and password. AlterEglow
reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts,
remove or edit content or cancel orders at our sole
discretion.
PRODUCT, PRICE AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION
AlterEglow attempts to be as accurate as possible
with all information for product, pricing and services
published to our site. However, AlterEglow does not
warrant that all content will be accurate, complete,
current or error-free. If a product offered by us
is not as described your sole remedy is to return
it unused in its original packaging.

risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable
law, AlterEglow disclaims all warranties, express
or implied, but not limited to, implied warranties

or email sent from AlterEglow are free of viruses
or any other harmful components. AlterEglow will
not be liable for any damages of any kind arising
from the use of this site, including but not limited
to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to
AlterEglow.co.uk or to products you purchase through
AlterEglow.co.uk shall be submitted to confidential
arbitration in the UK. Goods remain the property
of AlterEglow until paid for in full.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping
and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies
also govern your visit to AlterEglow.co.uk. We reserve
the right to make changes to our site, policies and
these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions
shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining conditions.

COMPETITION RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prize is non-transferable.
No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
The winner will be contacted personally after the closing date. Delivery of the prize will be at a mutually convenient time to be agreed upon between the winner and the prize provider. Entrants must be UK residents.
The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
Altereglow does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
There will be no cash alternatives.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules
and to agree to be bound by them when entering this
competition. This agreement is covered by the laws
of England and Wales.
GALLERY
1. By submitting a photo to AlterEGlow you confirm that the photo is your property or you have been given permission by the owner of the photo to do so.
2. On submission, the photo will be reviewed, cropped and resized if necessary and used on the Gallery page. We will not use the photo's in any other context without contacting you for permission beforehand.
3. You may request for any photo you have submitted to be removed from the site and we will endeavor to do so within 1 working day.
4. We maintain the right to reject any images that we deem to be inappropriate for safe web viewing. Examples include nudity, violence, inappropriate misdirection or suggestive imagery and cruelty to animals...
5. Please be aware of photographic issues involving young children that are not related to you. Ideally photograph your own children or a group of children in such a way that can be deemed tasteful.
6. Do not upload photo's of people who are currently under a court order.
AlterEGlow can except no responsibility for offense caused by ignoring the guidelines expressed in point's 5 & 6, but will act on them where appropriate. Please be reminded that this is a family friendly site and act responsibly when taking photo's....

COPYRIGHT ISSUES
All product images have been photographed by AlterEGlow
and therefore remain the intellectual property of
AlterEGlow. We do allow customers of AlterEGlow to
use our images on a discretionary basis, it is best
that you contact us first before doing so. We are
working hard to continuously improve our image and
distinguish ourselves from our competitors... Unauthorised
use of our images will be dealt with to the full
extent.
