With the line ups starting to roll out, it’s time to think festival. The first main festival line up to hit the press is T In The Park, and it’s looking very promising. T In The Park is an annual festival that’s been around since 1994, attracting people from all around the country. The festival is held in Kinross-shire, east Scotland and attracts around 85,000 music fans a year. The seven main stages host an array of different acts along with large camping areas and other attractions, including a large funfair, comedy tent, silent disco, stalls, and food markets.
T In The Park is a well know festival and is up there with the big names such as Leeds, Reading and Creamfields Festival. Should you jump the gun and grab tickets while you can or wait for the other line-ups to roll out? The T In The Park line-up includes headliners such as Snow Patrol, The Stone Roses, Kasabian, Tinie Tempah, New Order, Florence + The Machine, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Nicki Manaj, Swedish House Mafia, Example and many more. This line-up is very impressive to say the least and will be hard for the other leading festivals to match.
It would be advisable to wait and see what other festivals have to offer before buying your tickets, as the T In The Park line up has a wide variety of acts appealing to a number of different genres. Music taste is obviously massively important and the line-up will probably influence your decision. One of the biggest influences on your decision will be your friends, wait to see where they want to go, as you don’t want to be going to a festival on your own.
