Delivery times vary depending on the delivery option selected (see below). For urgent orders we have next day and even Saturday options available.

- Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland delivery is usually between 1-3 days.
- Delivery times for destinations outside of the UK vary dependant on location.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- All orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are usually dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm during the week or at weekends are usually processed and dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery costs will be automatically calculated at the checkout dependent on the weight and size of order. You can review delivery costs before confirming your order.
- We deliver to most countries internationally
- Although rare, we may not have your product in stock, however if this is the case we will call you and advise of the date you are likely to receive your goods. Alternatively, we will contact you and offer a similar product in replacement.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us (via email) and one of the team will get back to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or take any action until 15 working days have passed.
Refund & Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your order or the goods are faulty, please call or email us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
You will need a returns form (please get in touch) if you would like to send any goods back to us for a refund. We will provide a refund of the goods minus the delivery charge if the goods are not faulty. We do not cover the cost of returning the goods.
If the goods are faulty you will need to contact us for a returns form and subject to our inspection we will refund the cost of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
